Sturgeon fish hot pot in Sapa

This day was the last day of my journey to explore the Northeast of Vietnam. I reached Fansipan, the Roof of Indochina, the highest mountain peak that I've ever been to (3143 meters). To memorize that day, I made the famous Sturgeon hot pot when I came down from the peak. Sapa has one of the first Sturgeon farms in Vietnam. The weather in Sapa is very suitable for the fish to grow and reproduce. The flesh of the fish was still moving when I cut into it. I made a sour broth with two typical fruits in the mountain regions, which were Mac Co and So. They have a very distinctive sour taste and unique flavor. The hotpot was a perfect dish for the weather that day.
